Tuneful a combination of simultaneous musical notes; seeing your cooking shows after all this time is like finding bullion. Saw you on PBS in the 80,s an now on the Travel ch. One show I remember from the past was, you on the side of a hill somewhere can't remember where but the punch line was "taste like shit"... Also there was one show on a small fishing boat that turn out to be a big mess and the last time I saw you was in a tree drunk and cracking jokes.

A proper chef to show us how it's done ... perhaps I can put it like this: you inspired me to get back into the kitchen and cook, with enthusiasm and drive - something all the "celeb chefs" could never do.

You will always be the No 1 - in your own league and a gentleman to boot.
